Residents of Kendall, Lasalle, and Dekalb counties are eligible to register. Eligible neighbors must show a picture I.D and have one of the following (utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement) matching the same address. After you become registered, you may pick up food at the following locations:

YORKVILLE:

Neighbors can visit the food pantry twice a month if the month has four Thursdays. However, if the month has five Thursdays, you can visit three times that month. Shop inside from Noon-5:30 (choose your own items) OR drive-through from Noon-6:00pm (items are selected for you)

OSWEGO (September through June)

First Friday of the month from September through June. 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Drive Through only.

PLANO:

First Lutheran Church of Plano
200 N. Center St.
Plano, IL 60545
Third Friday of the month. 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Pick up pre-selected food inside.

Kendall Free Clinic supplies no-cost medical care for uninsured and underserved residents of Kendall County.

Qualify for Services:

Sign a form stating you are without health insurance and have low or no income.
Please bring last two pay stubs to your first appointment.

Patient Care:

  • Primary and preventative care
  • Treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma
  • Treatment of acute illness
  • Specialty referrals on a limited basis
  • Diagnostic services including lab testing and x-ray as needed
